Food survival in the Wasatch Mountains...Unfortunately Utah is a culinary wasteland, so we bring our own care packages. Fortunately all of our ski equipment is already there, so precious space in our luggage is reserved for gastronomic goodies. Suitcase packing takes on a whole other science.
